Flying the Czaia & Gallagher P.A. colors, TeamHurtByAccident.com, formerly RightsForBikers.com, has more than made their mark on road racing courses throughout the United States.

Formed over 10 years ago by well-known Florida personal injury and accident attorney C.J. Czaia, TeamHurtByAccident.com has competed in a multitude of two-wheeled arenas including CCS, AMA and WERA. Today this team is one of the leading contenders in the 2009 AMA Pro Road Racing’s SunTust MOTO-GT Series.

Roaring Toyz Custom 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000

This bike was built for C.J. Czaia (a former racer and a roadrace enthusiast) the owner of Team Hurt By Accident. Robert has raced for many years with the team in AMA, Suntrust Moto ST/GT, Championship Cup Series and WERA events.

Built to be showcased in bike shows, races and motorcycle related events to represent the Czaia & Gallagher law firm.

• Custom 2' extended 240 Single Sided Swingarm

• Performance Machine Heathen Platinum Cut 17x3.5 Front and 18x8.5

• Rear wheels. The "platinum cut" is the name of P.M.'s new finish which is a black anodized wheel with contrast cuts. They then polish the cuts in the wheel after anodize. This makes the wheels look like motorcycle jewelry.

• The bike also has P.M. platinum cut Heathen matching 13" floating rotors.

• The exhaust is a Roaring Toyz Low Exit Megaphone slip-on constructed of stainless steel the polished to map the bike for the exhaust change we added a Dyno Jet power commander

• Roaring Toyz Billet lowering links were added to lower the bike just a bit compensate for the extra length of the swingarm
